He is professional yet personable, extremely knowledgeable, well organized, and constantly keeps you up-to-date on the progress throughout the entire process. It isn’t always easy for many of us to write reviews. Even when they’re really good ones. But working with Jordan Beard of Gem State Real Estate makes it pretty easy. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Real Estate and I can say that with extreme confidence because I’ve been an active high producing Realtor in California for over 38 years. So I would naturally be hyper sensitive to performance and attention to detail. Jordan earned his 5 stars just by doing his job and by being the best of the best. I bought a home in Twin Falls to be close to my son and his family but discovered that I missed my daughter and my friends of many years so much that I needed to go home after only 10 months. Idaho is a beautiful and friendly family state and I loved it here and I will be visiting my son and his family often . But I needed to go home. Jordan was very understanding and sympathetic so he sold my home and closed it very quickly without any hitches. Thank you Jordan you were amazing and I am forever grateful.

Jordan Beard has been phenomenal to work with! By nature, selling a house is a very stressful venture, made even more stressful with a downturn in the market. Jordan, was right there the whole way through to coach and advise. It was so reassuring to be able to rely on his expertise to guide the process. Jordan was an absolute delight to work with!!! I cannot recommend him enough. My mother recently suffered a stroke and needed to move to Boise ASAP. Jordan had an offer on her house within 2-3 days. . .full ask. He maneuvered through very difficult days in dealing with the absolutely horrible buying agent. He did so with my Mom's best interest at heart. He took care of her emotionally (since the other agent was a bully), and would go to her home to reassure her. He treated my Mom like his own. He communicated with me, which I really appreciated. There may be a lot of agents to choose from in the Magic Valley, but none are as stellar as Jordan.

Jordan is a deal maker. He’s the guy you want on your side of the deal. He literally got a commercial real estate deal done in six days! We have bought, sold, and leased with Jordan over the last eight years. The most impressive thing about using him as a realtor is you get him every time. No assistant, no secretary, no partner.
