Jordan had a good sense for the current market and what needed to be done to fix up my Aunt's house, after we helped her move out to live with us in Virginia.

He helped get the contractors we needed to redo the floors, apply new paint, and clean up the yard - everything remotely. Jordan is a high energy person and was very good about updating us on the progress of the repairs as well as answering emails, calls, and text messages.

My Aunt took his advice and had the house staged, before the sale, and the house sold for way more than the asking price. He knows all of the new ways to generate interest and attract buyers.
We are grateful for he and his team's efforts !

Jordan was very flexible with me as I was living abroad while searching for my home and going through the purchase process. He was very easy to get into contact with and responded quickly every time. From our first walk through with Jordan and Andres, their professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market was immediately apparent. They gave us a detailed plan on how they would market and sell our home, and they did not disappoint at any point in the subsequent process. Every other person on the team, from the stager, to the photographer, to the transaction manager, also brought an outstanding level of expertise in their particular contributions. Jordan was phenomenal as our buyer’s agent helping us through our very first home purchase. From the time of our initial meeting until closing, he was there to answer any questions or concerns we had. We never felt pressured by him during the bidding process to go above our budget or wave contingencies. He always made himself available, and was super quick to reply via text or email to any of our requests as well as work to accommodate our schedules with showings. Jordan has been such an amazing help for my girlfriend and I buying our first house. He’s responsive and works incredibly hard to ensure everything gets done when it should.

I loved that he created a portal where we could look at houses that fit what we wanted, down to super small details, and we found exactly what we were looking for in our second showing of a house.

We truly enjoyed working with Jordan with our first home purchase. He was very clear about all steps of the process, and was eager to answer any questions my husband and I had along the way. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient he was with replying to our text and getting us in to see a home, even with all the COVID restrictions. I expected this process to be much more stressful and difficult, we were very fortunate to have Jordan’s help from our first viewing all the way through our closing.

We recommended Jordan to our landlord to assist with either selling or renting the condo we were leaving. It turned out to be a great match and there is a new tenant moving into the condo within the next few weeks.

I worked with Jordan and his team to buy my condo and was so impressed throughout the process. Jordan is incredibly professional, honest and helpful. I had laid out a few "must haves" during our first meeting (balcony, gas stove and a 'trendy' location) and got all of the items on my wish list! I never felt any pressure in terms of visiting a listing, putting an offer in, or adjusting the offer amount to more than what I was comfortable with. while I was abroad, Jordan even visited a few listings on my behalf and sent me comprehensive videos of the spaces. I loved that I could always reach him and he would walk me through the process.

I found Jordan's honesty regarding various homes and their value refreshing and reassuring so when the time came to put the offers in, I felt confident and comfortable. That's where Jim (one of Jordan's team members) came in. Jim managed the offers professionally and with expedience- making sure I knew exactly what was going on behind the scenes. Jordan and Jim helped me put an offer on the house, and then close (in the middle of a pandemic, might I add) with zero hiccups. Even though the world was changing around us, their service and commitment to me, as their client, never wavered (I mean, what more could you ask for?!) Even after closing, I've been able to reach Jordan and Jim to ask a variety of questions and they have been incredibly responsive.

If you're looking for a professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and customer service-oriented team, get in touch with them because I couldn't have found this gem of a condo with a different team.
