Jordan was absolutely incredible from the first minute to the last. I had worked toward selling my property with a seasoned real estate agent for 4 months with zero offers. Jordan stepped foot into my home and with the highest levels of professionalism and care explained the reality of what would needed to be done to sell me home. It was daunting. Repairing of sliding glass doors, repainting all walls, completely new furniture, light fixtures, the works. I am a single father and simply did not have the time to commit to these projects. She offered an incredibly generous solution that leveraged her local assets to provide these services to me for free or at cost, with minimal impact to the bottom dollar of the sale.

Jordan and her amazing team took the reigns and within a week had my home looking absolutely mind-blowing. You can see her passion at work in real time. This is not a job for Jordan, she truly loves helping people.

After months of pain, stress, and frustration, Jordan had 4 incredible offers within 24 hours of her listing my home. I sold my home well over asking price. The administration was seamless, and I am indebted to her for her help.

I've worked with 5 different realtors over the years and Jordan is by far the most knowledgeable and professional realtor I've met. She was able to coordinate a lot for me while I've been deployed, including closing and renovations. I highly recommend working with her for your next home.
