I was a client of Laureate Ltd for about 13 years. They managed a property of mine in Aurora, CO while I lived in numerous other states across the country.

In the summer of 2021 I decided to sell my property and used Laureate's Jordan Strauss as my realtor. This was the best decision ever. Jordan was very knowledgeable in real estate and assisted me with setting up a 1031 exchange for my property. A lot of realtors were not educated in this process but Jordan's expertise save me a lot in capital gains tax.

Jordan is a very busy person as a realtor and running a property management business but he made me feel as if I was his only client during the real estate process. He is a great communicator and kept me apprised of all matters.

If I every decide to purchase property in CO again, Laureate will be the first company I contact for purchase and property management.
