A realtor this good AND this accessible is rare. I just closed on my first duplex in Fort Wayne and am beyond happy with Jordan's help. Not only is he very driven and personable, but his contacts helped make the entire process run very smoothly. After contacting Jordan for the first time, I was signing closing documents just a month and a half later. Always felt like he had my best interest in mind! I'm almost a month into owning my investment property and Open Door Rentals and Real Estate as a property management company have made the transition very easy as an out of state investor.

Jordan is the best in the business. He is super responsive, always able to answer any and all questions. Does not matter if you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor. He can do it all and goes above and beyond what I have seen from other realtors in the industry. If you do not at least give him a call you are already at a disadvantage in the market.

Jordan has been more than we can ever ask for as a realtor. He is always “Johnny-On-The-Spot” when we need him to be. I get custom video walk throughs of each property that we are interested in purchasing. No other realtor does this kind of stuff. He is so well known around town, that he can give verbal offers for us to speed up the process and paperwork involved in buying a place in this hotter than ever market. This has gotten us into a few houses that we would have lost if we went through all the red tape.
He is very investor friendly and knows exactly what we are looking for so he streamlines the process for us when it comes to searching for new leads. I’ve recommended several people to Jordan and will continue to do so for the distant future.
