I work with buyers and sellers with new and existing homes in Rock and Walworth county. I have lived in these areas for over 25 years. Prior to Real Estate I spent well over a decade in warehouse management, dealing with millions of dollars of inventory each year.
WHY I AM DIFFERENT
Leveraging my experience in management, I am known for my ability to work under pressure, with strict deadlines, and to always get the job done. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so my clients make the best decision possible. I am always honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear, hardworking, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market, backed by a wonderful team at The Briggs Realty Group.
I BELIEVE IN GIVING BACK
I am a firm believer in giving back to the community and am particularly passionate about helping today's youth. I volunteer with the Janesville Basketball Association and spend a significant amount of time with the kids. I currently coach 5th grade boys, and absolutely love not only helping them improve at the game of basketball but also helping them grow into respectful young men.
IN MY FREE TIME
I love to work on all things automotive, exercise, fish, and just spend a nice relaxing day at the beach. In my free time I spend as much time doing these things as I can with my two wonderful sons, and the love of my life, my wife, Kathleen Zwickl, who is a Special Education Paraprofessional at Roosevelt Elementary.
