Jose Perez is not just a Real Estate Agent; he has pledged himself as a Realtor for many years. But even before that he began a career in Real Estate as a lender. Starting in 1999, he rode the ups and downs of the mortgage crisis, working at Ameriquest and Coutnrywide along the way before opening his own office with 17 loan officers under his leadership.

Jose made his biggest mark between the years of 2004-2006. It was during that time that he ranked among the top Loan Originators in the nation by Mortgage Originator Magazine and then became certified by the CMPS institute as a Certified Mortgage Planner. In 2005, the Long Beach Beachcomber recognized Jose as one of the Leaders in Lending for his services in the community.

As a lender, Jose hosted many First Time Home Buyer Seminars, and through that helped many people purchase their very first home. He became a breaker of barriers between homeowner hopefuls and the place of their dreams.

Now, as an agent, Jose continues to take the time to educate new, and even seasoned, buyers on the importance of pre-qualifying to the entire buying process. And he continues his own education with coaching from one of the nation's top Realtors. From this mentor, he has learned how to empower clients by getting them the upper hand when buying or selling. Jose has done something very rarely seen in the Real Estate industry by making himself accountable in guarantees and service. Jose's main missions is to promote a team-based approach to buying and sellign homes. That is to say that in over 10 years of buying, selling, and financing homes, Jose has amassed some of the best contacts in the local and surrounding real estate industry. The team was created from careful alignments between experts, and includes one of just about everything: Loan Agents, Title Insurance Agents, Transaction Coordinators, Escrow officers, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Contractors, and everything in between.
