As a lender, Jose hosted many First Time Home Buyer Seminars, and through that helped many people purchase their very first home. He became a breaker of barriers between homeowner hopefuls and the place of their dreams.
Now, as an agent, Jose continues to take the time to educate new, and even seasoned, buyers on the importance of pre-qualifying to the entire buying process. And he continues his own education with coaching from one of the nation's top Realtors. From this mentor, he has learned how to empower clients by getting them the upper hand when buying or selling.
