After checking with a couple of companies to refinance, I decided to go with Jose at Su Casa Realty. He was able to get the rate I was hoping for and because of his knowledge of the business he shared information that was beneficial to me and I ended up refinancing for a lower term than I originally planned. This was my first time refinancing my house and I am very happy with the whole process. Jose was really good about explaining the process and giving me options to see what best fits my goals. I just bought a house that Jose had listed for his seller client. He spent a lot of time answering questions for me, was extremely thorough and objective, and was great at staying in touch. I decided to just have him work both sides of the deal, and he represented me just as effectively as if he was only the buyer's broker. He worked very hard to identify key issues, explain both sides of those issues, and find common ground where the seller and I could meet. He got us through every milestone of escrow and we closed on schedule. Super professional, but also just a really good guy!

I started my relationship with Su Casa as an interested home buyer purchasing my second home. That changed quickly due to Covid. Jose and his wife Vanessa was open, honest and gave me the pros and cons about purchasing, and where to purchase. After showing me homes I reluctantly made the decision to not purchase during the uncertainty of COvid. It was a great move for me to wait a little and stay in the home I’m already in. They were so understanding about me changing my mind even after driving 30-40mins from their home on numerous occasions to show me property.

Ultimately, they helped me refinance the home that I already reside in. Instead of just refinancing for a 30 years Jose educated me on what a 20 year can do for me with a low interest rate.
