Jose A Garcia is a Florida Licensed Realtor & Global Commercial Associate at KW Capital Realty in Coral Gables with 10+ years of real estate experience. He majored in Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra and began his career at Banco de Desarrollo y Fomento Empresarial, in Dominican Republic. His passion for entrepreneurship and his desire to take projects from concept to completion led him to own and operate multiple convenience stores in the southeast Florida area, effectively building them from the ground up. Jose holds a record of quadrupling business revenue within the first year of operation. He is experienced in market/business valuation, revenue projection, commercial real estate investment, and is the former president of Big City Homes LLC. Jose holds the following designations: RSPS (Resort and second home property specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), GREEN, and PMBD (Property Management Business Development).
