I hit the market at the right time, and I am glad I went with Jose L. Leon from Re/Max Partners. There were a few hiccups during the process, but they were not on him. Being a first-time seller, I had a ton of questions, and Jose was able to answer them all. His assessment of the property was spot on, and the paperwork was done electronically, so that part of the process was super convenient. He was personable and straight forward. He reiterated that certain updates to the property were needed and made me realize they're not optional, such as painting, and updating the flooring. He explained the painting is necessary since houses with peeling paint and cracks cannot be shown to certain buyers, and I wanted to appeal to all buyers. Once the updates were completed, Jose set up a professional photographer to take photos for the listing. We had offers after two days, which was awesome. From valuing, to presentation, to listing, I was confident I was on the right track. All my calls, emails, and texts were answered quickly. Jose is very easy to talk to, and very professional. I would highly recommend him.
