Jose Luis was overall a great relator that created an enjoyable and easy search and buying experience. I typically deeply dislike the process of finding a new house and the sales process, but our realtor was extremely prepared and patient. Always asking questions about our likes and dislikes within a property so that he can try to come back to us in the following days with more options centralized to our wants and needs. Also, bilingual which helped my Spanish speaking grandmother voice her opinions and made her feel more comfortable. Great family home search experience. Thank you Jose Luis for helping my family and I find our perfect forever home!

He will give you a thoughtful analysis of the value of your home, gives helpful staging suggestions to get you top value, helps negotiate every detail of the sales contract with potential buyers, and keeps you informed of every detail and step of the transaction, answering all of your questions. Jose Luis listed our home and had four appointments set up within 24 hours of the listing. One day after the showings, we had a full asking price offer and we closed shortly after that without any hiccups. Jose Luis also helped us find our current home.
