Jose is the best. I have trust issues. He always explained everything and I never felt that my issue bothered him. He is confident, caring, he has a great attitude and he is personable and honest. Jose truly cares for each and every one of his clients, and he always puts their needs first. He has missed out on a sale, when it meant that his client gets to make the best decision for them. Jose advised his client to NOT sell their home because refinancing to pay off debt is what was best for them. I HAD to write a review because Jose deserves every kind word you read in all of his reviews. It is hard to find an agent who puts their clients first and advises them in a non-selfish manner when it directly would affect their pockets. Jose is the best of the best, and you will not regret trusting him with guiding you through buying or selling your home.

Jose Romero just helped me purchase my first home! I am completely in love with my new place and extremely grateful for Jose. He’s knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Jose is absolutely amazing! We had been thinking of moving to GA for a while from FL and one night I was searching realtors. I found him online and sent him a message later in the evening. I had sent multiple messages to different realtors and he is the only one who responded AT ALL! He made the whole process of buying a house simple and easy, and if I’m being honest, FUN!! Thank you so much for all your help in what is usually a difficult, strenuous process. I am so thankful for Jose’s integrity and life balance. From the professional side I have asked him dozens of questions from lake lot and grandfathered dock permits to how do you think this color counter would look with that cabinet and he has always provided answers. Some of his integrity lies in the fact that if he does not know the answer he lets me know he will get it so I am able to leave the technical research to him and focus on the parts of the process that are more personal to me. He is very quick to provide information that requires research and he is happy to share his thoughts when we ask for opinions about our selections. He has made this process significantly less stressful by making sure we understand the process and options! He makes me feel like I am his only concern even while his phone blows up when he is helping me. I jokingly told him he better never ignore my texts like that and he said if he was with a client he would but that he would respond to me at his first chance and certainly has! The way he marketed a lot I was selling created a bidding war and I certainly came out better because of his creative approach and market knowledge. The only thing better than his professional integrity is his personal integrity! Jose is devoted to providing my family an exceptional real estate experience while remaining devoted to his family and their traditions. I am very happy my BFF refereed us to him and I have already refereed several...and I would recommend him to you as well!
