Josef Barmoha

Josef Barmoha, Ret. Sergeant First Class United States Army, is originally from Miami, Florida. He joined the United States Army in April 2001 and served for 18 years. He was fortunate to travel the world and experience diverse communities. Traveling overseas and within the United States gave him an appreciation for and commitment to communities. In 2007 he became a United States Army Recruiter Counselor and was stationed in the Miami Recruiting Battalion. He assisted and provided great opportunities to people seeking a career in the US Army. He offered leadership, guidance, dedication, and mentorship to new recruits which carried through their Army careers and continued even after their service. Joe’s recruiting experience spanned ten years with its focus on community development, cultural integration, education, and market evaluation. Transitioning into Real Estate has allowed him to continue collaborating with communities and to further educate soldiers and civilians about the real estate market. Joe aspires to assist communities with residential development, help fellow Veterans by supporting non-profit causes that benefit them, and establish avenues to assist them in finding homes. He prides himself on the ability to learn and effectively teach what he has learned to others. To Joe, Real Estate is not simply about sales; it is the opportunity to create the future. His firm belief is that Real Estate is at the forefront of progress, and we should embrace it. Joe looks forward to working with the motivated, the inspired, the determined, and the dreamer.
