About Josefina

Josefina Knoell began her real estate career with a wealth of experience and proven responsibility. She served our country as Protocol Assistant to the United States Ambassador to Chile, and as Assistant to the Legal Counsel of USAID in Chile. While living for one year in Nicaragua during her Phoenix-born husband Hugh’s tour of duty, she worked as interpreter to the Republic of China’s Ambassador and for the Director of Tourism for the Republic of Nicaragua. Later, in Phoenix, she was Assistant to the President of Armour Pharmaceutical Company and Benefits Administrator for Armour Dial Company. All these experiences in research, resourcefulness, diplomacy, making connections among people, and bidding differences, have proven valuable assets. Since becoming a realtor more than 30 years ago, she has represented clients on behalf of Mayo Clinic, Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Lifelock, Fennemore Craig, the Arizona Cardinals, US Court of Appeals, and more and as consistently excelled a multi-million-dollar producers of real estate sales.
