Joseph Allegro

Joseph holds a Finance degree from Coastal Carolina University, where he also sat on the finance advisory board for several years. Joseph was previously a Vice President with Goldman Sachs with 15 years experience on Wall St. making markets in equities, derivatives, ADRs and ETFs where he had a seat on the NYSE Floor. He took his vast knowledge of the financial markets and financial risk modeling to the real estate market in 2011 where he leveraged his knowledge to form several investment groups with his friends and colleagues to invest in many classes of commercial real estate. Joseph's network of friends along with his clients reap the benefits of this experience whether they're buying an investment property or leasing a space for their business. Joseph is also the managing member of Allegro Insurance agency which brokers a wide selection of insurance products to protect his clients against insurable risks. Joseph Allegro started Blue Chip Realty in 2022 to focus on investment properties along with the multi-family and retail sectors. His strong background with numbers and derivatives enable him to analyze commercial investment opportunities more proficiently than most agents.
