Joseph was born and raised in the Bay Area, giving his strong roots in the region. Having spent his childhood in Campbell, he has a unique understanding of the Bay Area and the communities and neighborhoods that make it great.
Joseph is a Bellarmine College Preparatory Alumni, as well as a proud alum of San Jose State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration. Most of his course work was focused on Health Administration and Business Administration.
