Joseph Braman

Joe began his journey in the real estate industry in 2009, spending his inaugural year mastering the trade in Sarasota, FL during the height of the housing crisis, marking the start of a rewarding 15-year career. His ambition led him to pursue higher education, and from 2014 to 2016, he attended the Full-Time program at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, where he earned an MBA. His commitment to leadership and community engagement was recognized during this time, earning him the President’s Student Leadership & Services Award and the Mary A. McEvoy Award for Public Engagements and Leadership in 2016.

In 2015, in-between the first and second years of the MBA program, Joe launched Braman Brothers Real Estate, LLP with his brother Charlie Braman. In less than five years, he sold over 220 homes and was ranked in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker Realty agents in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, showcasing his expertise and dedication to the real estate field.

In 2020, he took on a new challenge as the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Realty's East Metro Region, where he led over 250 agents. Under his management, his agents achieved remarkable success, selling over $850 million in real estate across 2,000 transactions annually statewide. This role not only exemplified his leadership skills but also his ability to drive significant business results in a competitive market.

Joe has now transitioned back to servicing clients through the KeyGlee North Team, a team focused on providing unique, tailored solutions for clients.
