Joseph came into the real estate industry with one goal, to change people's perception of the real estate industry and offer the public someone they can truly trust with the largest sale/purchase of their lives, most of all make it as fun as they see on TV.
Joseph, a Boston native who grew up in the North End and has lived in Salem since 2009, has an intimate knowledge of the North Shore’s diverse communities. “The North Shore has so much to offer not only for its countless recreational opportunities but also in terms of lifestyles. Our communities run the gamut from large urban centers like Beverly and Salem to small towns like Hamilton or Georgetown.” He is also knowledgeable about the ins and outs of Boston’s most intimate neighborhoods. This makes Joe a powerhouse in his clients’ pockets.
After 10 years in real estate helping clients reach their real estate goals, Joseph is adamant that teamwork is essential. “By working together, we can ensure that everyone feels ‘good’ about what we have achieved—and at the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about—making people feel good.”
Joseph is also highly active with professional real estate organizations. Most recently he was appointed to the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee at North Shore Realtors, a nonprofit advocacy, support, and education resource for realtors® and the public.
With the recent addition of his son Sebastian, “perfect—albeit hectic” is also how Joseph describes life these days. A classical organist, Joseph is also the Music Director for St. Paul’s Parish in Hamilton-Wenham. His wife, Jessica, is Research Project Manager at Boston Children’s Hospital and is on the faculty at Mass College of Pharmacy Health Sciences.
