His competitive spirit is evident in everything he does, from being named the 2006 American Quarter Horse Association Reserve World Champion to his state title in wrestling back in 1985.

Away from the office, Joe enjoys Idaho’s great outdoors—whether golfing, fly fishing, scuba diving, or spending time with his wife, grandchildren, family, and their two lively Jack Russells. An avid traveler with a love for learning, Joe is always expanding his horizons, whether through new adventures or charitable work. He proudly served on the board of The First Tee of Idaho and supports The Starkey Foundation – So The World May Hear, using his platform to make a difference in the communities he loves.
