Joseph Cordero

For two decades, Joseph Cordero has worked in building operations and property management. Joseph is dedicated and goal oriented with a vast knowledge of commercial properties, building management and construction that pairs perfectly with his strong interpersonal skills.


Joseph has held multiple titles in the field from Operating Engineer to Director of Facilities. To date, Joseph’s accomplishments and accolades reflect his work ethics. He has built lasting relationships based upon his integrity, reliability, keen eye for detail, and professional results. Joseph holds two professional engineering licenses; one as a Stationary Engineer and the other, a Refrigeration Engineer. His licenses are accompanied by three designations from the Building Owners Management Institution (BOMI). Such designations include: Real Property Administrator (RPA®), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®) and System Maintenance Technician (SMT®). Joseph earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Empire State College. He is also certified in Leadership Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and he is a certified Energy Specialist.

One of Joseph’s largest tasks was managing a portfolio of 50 buildings. This portfolio included a combined total of approximately 6.5 million square feet of building space and over 10 million square feet of grounds, with an asset totaling north of 2 billion dollars.
