Joseph DeSimone is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods of Baltimore city and surrounding area. More importantly, he is very honest and direct in his conversations with me - making his advice and expertise genuinely reliable. As an out of state investor, he has been able to show me properties that fit my criteria and is able to point out ideal investment areas. After using Joe for a year, I have found that Joe's advice has been very accurate when compared to what I have found through personal experience. I have used Joe to buy and to sell properties - and he has excelled in both. I would highly recommend him as an agent.

This is my second experience in working with Joe, so you could say that he is our real estate agent. He is professional and very knowledgeable of the housing market in Maryland and the numerous various neighborhoods in and all around Baltimore. He recently sold our house and when we’re ready to purchase again, we’ll use Joe. He’s also a very honest and likeable guy.

Joseph DeSimone has sold 2 houses for me. One was strictly a rental property and the other was a home I lived in for years and then rented out once the market collapsed back in ‘08. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about local real estate and he is the kind of guy that gets things sold! He is not pushy or a cheesy salesman, he is honest and hardworking and insightful. He helped me get my properties turned around and ready for sale and also helped me work through an extensive list of items the sellers wanted fixed.
