Joseph Devarenne

Joe Devarenne is consistently one of the top producing sales associates in the Los Feliz office of Sotheby's International Realty. With vast experience representing buyers and sellers across the board in the residential real estate landscape, Joe works with a variety of clients from all walks of life. His professional yet personal approach always provides client satisfaction.

Joe was born in Boston but grew up in South Africa before moving back to Boston, where he continued his education. He moved to the Los Angeles area in 1998. Prior to selling real estate, Joe worked in the entertainment industry. Many of his clients are still in the business. He has enjoyed a very successful career since his transition into real estate. Joe is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Southland Board of Realtors. Joe was recently selected as one of a handful of Sotheby's International Realty agents company-wide to handle foreclosure listings for the company.

Joe brings a positive energy and enthusiasm for real estate that makes the process of buying or selling a property as enjoyable as possible. With thirteen years in the business, Joe also brings a vast wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise, ensuring the highest level of service to his clients.

Joe currently lives in Los Feliz and is an avid ice hockey player. His other interests include fly-fishing and tennis.
