He immediately went to work for us even though we had limited time, finding multiple places that met our requests (some even exceeded), as well as followed up of properties we had already been interested in. He met us that weekend to show us places, which was a great experience because he was able to show us a large volume of properties in one day. It was very reassuring to have Joseph during our search because with each question about the property/neighborhood/area he was able to answer and supply us with all the information we needed. During the offer period, Joseph was very on top of his work by getting the offer in, contacting the owner's agent, and keeping us informed all within a very timely manner. It was such a nice experience to be able to email/call him and he respond right away and take care of every request we had.
