Since January 1991, Joseph Gibson has bought and sold lots and homes in and around the greater Sacramento area. Over that time Joe has taken part in equity sales, tax exchanges, move-ups, move-downs, relocations, investments, residential, small commercial, multi-family transactions, and referrals in and out of the Sacramento region. And when tough economic times required it, Joe became proficient at managing short sales and other distress sales.
Early in his work life, Joe was a banker, teacher and administrator at the college level. He left the University and partnered in 1991 with a senior REALTOR® to learn the ins and outs of marketing properties for sale and negotiation to get the highest price on the best terms and buy properties for the lowest price and best terms. He embraces the practical application of his college-honed communication skills and on the job, experience engaging with hundreds of clients and other agents to market, negotiate and manage your transaction.
Several years ago, Joe realized that he could better serve clients by bringing together a group of professionals. He now works with other real estate agents, a transaction coordinator, a marketing coordinator and an array of escrow and title companies, lenders, exchange companies, home inspectors, contractors, tradespeople, stagers, and relocation specialists.
