We are so fortunate that we met and worked with Joe! We found him through his YouTube channel (where he gives lots of helpful information about people who are moving to the Reno area - it really made us felt like we knew all the neighborhoods before we even set foot in town!). We did a virtual call with Ryan on his team where we talked about what kinds of homes we were interested in and what kinds of areas we wanted to live in, and from there they were able to give us lots of insight about the character of each neighborhood.

Based on neighborhoods, we started sorting through houses and found some we were interested in. This is where Joe and his team really shined. They would set up appointments and view houses - sometimes four a day - and do really detailed videos of the neighborhood, the interior, and the backyard. Joe didn’t hesitate to give his unvarnished opinion when he didn’t like a house or a neighborhood and he was spot on each time.

Once we finally had an offer accepted, Joe made everything easy. He gave us a clear calendar of events and arranged for all the inspections. He dealt with all our frantic first-time-home-buyer calls at all hours of the day and was honest when we asked him what decisions he would make for his own family. Buying a home was a nerve-wracking experience, but Joe did everything he could to make it as easy as possible. Thank you Joe!

Joe is a very efficient and caring relator. Joe always got back to me very quickly upon any calls or email that I sent him. Joe was very knowledgable of the different houses available in our desired area. Whenever we were interested in looking at a house, Joe was there to video the house. The house hunting was challenging because we were in California., but Joe and his videos made the house hunting manageable. Joe even wrote a house offer for us when his wife was in labor. Joe was very helpful during escrow, meeting with the inspectors and working with the buyer's relator. Joe even hired and gifted a cleaning crew and carpet cleaning company to clean our new house so, when we arrived from Southern California, the house would be clean. Joe and two others also moved all our household goods and furniture two times into our house. AMAZING! If we ever move again, Joe will be the first person, we will call.

Hello home buyers and sellers. Mr Hanich was super on top of all our needs. My wife and I can be a little picky and needed a realtor that could follow through where most couldn’t. Joe would answer the 9pm phone calls with our questions, he’d meet us at the house we would be interested in regardless of his schedule or it being the weekend or weekday. We were on a time crunch with our loan for credit reasons. Had less than 30 days left and somehow someway Joe pulled it off when it normally takes 45 days to close. We owe everything to Joe and his amazing realtor skills. 100% recommend Joe Hanich and his eXp Realty company.
