Joseph Herrera

Prior to starting my Real Estate business, I worked in claims for a Fortune 500 insurance company for 20 years; 15 of those in management. I have spent almost half of my life working with, and training others on contracts and negotiations. I put this experience to work for my clients along with my dedication and time management skills to provide professional representation to meet or exceed my client’s expectations.

In addition to being a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, I am also a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist and member of the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals. I provide lending institutions around the country with market valuations for homes throughout the three counties that make up the Charleston market. My knowledge and experience in the market is a major benefit to my clients, as you can be confident in any market pricing information I provide for you.
