I am so appreciative to have had the services of Mr. Khalil, Avanti Way with a recent house sale. From end to end he gave us one on one attention. All details to the house sale were neatly laid out, and expectations were clearly defined. At the end of the sale, expectations were actually exceeded.
A house sale can be an tumultuous and emotional affair. And it truly takes a professional who keeps his/her word to provide clear cut navigation thru the process. Joe is an incredible realtor and person! He helped me with the purchase of my first condo, which was a completely seamless experience thanks to his hard work. Throughout the entirety of our working relationship, Joe was extremely efficient, trustworthy, responsive, and persistent. Joe supported me in every step of the process, and was always diligent in following up with me (+ other parties) to ensure nothing fell through the cracks. He even went the extra mile in getting my place ready for move-in by applying a fresh coat of paint to the deck. Best realtor I've ever worked with! Hands down.

I came to Joseph telling him I didn't expect my unit to be sold quickly but wanted it on the market. When he told me he'd get it sold within 2 weeks, I didn't believe him.

He came back in a week, with a full cash offer at asking price and held my hand through the entire closing process, making sure nobody was taken advantage of.

Joseph will dedicate tremendous resources for anyone he works with and is extremely professional & responsive.

He was recommended by a friend and I will be recommending him to my network whenever I can.
