I enjoyed working with “Joey.” Hudson View did an excellent job of answering my questions and addressing any hiccups. The agency posted my condo quickly, hired a professional photographer to take photos, and hosted several covid-safe open houses. Because of their work my unit sold in 30 days. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Joe helped me find my first house! We looked for a long time but either I was being too picky or the seller’s market was too much of a challenge for me financially, but never did Joe give up on me or gave me any feelings that he was threw working with me, and I really appreciated that. Instead, Joe used every viewing, every open house, as an opportunity to get to know me, my family and my needs and wants in a house, and to teach me so many new things I didn’t know about houses. He was very patient, extremely responsive, informative and supportive. You won’t regret working with Joe!

I would recommend Joey to anyone looking to buy a property in NJ. Joey is knowlegable and makes himself available anytime. Also, he makes the end to end home buying process such a plesant experience. He is not one of those realtors who would push you to buy/sell the property for his profit. He provides his fair opinion and is willing to tell you to walk away for your benefit.

Joey was always available and not only helped us finding a great house, but he helped us to find a temporary place when moving back from California. He was patient, took lot of information's about the house, the neighborhood and the comps. He was very helpful to help us negotiate the price with the seller. He was on our side all the way!
