Real Estate is a passion of mine because it is the gateway for people to fulfill their dreams, whether that be accumulating wealth, relocating to a new location, or just finding a place to establish roots in a community. I have been an investor of properties in Colorado and Hawaii since 2002. I call my values my "3 R's": to be Respectful of all, to be incredibly Responsive, and to always do the Right thing- even when no one is watching. I first purchased a condo in Hawaii entirely remotely, and that ultimately led to my family's relocation to Waikoloa on the Big Island- truly a dream come true for us.
