When other agents were just looking to get a commission and get us to sign a commitment, Joe sat down with us and explained the in's and out's of our area - why some homes were listing for outrageously high prices but then staying on the market for months. He was able to help us get a real feel for our market and we sold our home in less than a month and got the price we were looking for when we first started.
