Joseph Mendes

Joseph has been a Bay Area resident for 52 years. He is happily married and has three beautiful children. Since 2006, he has closed approximately 1,000 purchase and refinance loans!
Joseph has been a lover of cycling since 1987 starting out racing in the junior fields in 1988 before wrapping up a his “serious” cycling career with two seasons racing in Belgium and one season touring the national circuit in the mid-1990's.
Joseph ending his full-time cycling career to start Joseph’s enterprising spirit led to the launching of a small business focused on real estate and mortgages. Joseph has combined his passion for cycling and the real estate/mortgage business by being a sponsor of cyclists throughout California since 2006, giving back roughly $75,000 to the sport that has given him so much.
