Joseph Mendola

Joseph Mendola, Senior Vice President of The Norwood Group, Inc. has been employed by The Norwood Group, Inc. since 1980. He has managed every aspect of the real estate acquisition and development projects for Norwood clients in Massachusetts since 1982. He has developed over $35 million of commercial property since that time, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (C.C.I.M.) of the National Association of REALTORS.

Joe also has completed a wide variety of commercial brokerage assignments that range from industrial, retail and office leasing as well as sales of these types of properties.
