About Joseph

Joseph Poduslo, Senior Vice President and founding agent at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty has sold over $350 million in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, garnering him industry-wide recognition for his results and client satisfaction. While he continues to win the hearts of his clients with his caring personal approach, he is also a tough negotiator and is sought after for setting record prices for sellers and finding off-market homes for his buyers.

Joseph has been featured in the Washington Post, NBC, CNN, and in 2018, Washington Life Magazine’s “Most Influential Businessperson Under Forty”. In January 2021 he was featured on the cover “Top 40 Under 40” and was again featured in Top 100 Magazine in April 2021.

Joseph received a Master’s in Social Work at Catholic University. He did this while in his 10th year in real estate because he felt the skillset would provide a strong value add in serving his clients. His passion is real estate, but his true love are his clients.

When Joseph is not redefining the real estate industry he has invested in numerous small businesses and restaurants in downtown DC over the last 17 years. He is very engaged in the community and founded the D.C. Progressive Dinner an organization that helps S.Y.M.A.L. a local non-profit. In the wake of COVID-19 he delivered weekly meals to frontline workers and founded an online “D.C. Social Distancing” community. Joseph serves on the Capital Alliance board in the D.C. Area.

In 2020 Joseph launched a media arm to his real estate business that helps sell homes virally through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. He is excited to be leading D.C. real estate industry the way as the and first in D.C. real estate leader to offer a full suite of multimedia production services to other agents nationwide. Over 20,000 TikTok followers to sell your home! This service transforms how agents serve their clients.

Joseph enjoys spending time with his family and friends, the outdoors and loves exploring new restaurants.

Joseph is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and explains the buying process as it moves along. He negotiated forcefully in my interest when it became necessary.

Appointments and showings were made around my schedule as much as possible. I was away from DC frequently on work travel during the process. Joseph was more than able to keep things moving along remotely due to their professionalism, communication, and technological tools at the disposal of the practice.
