Joe should be your choice for a realtor ! He was very responsive and honest. There were times where I sent him something I was interested in and we were inside of it by the end of the day. He understands today’s market where homes are only on the market for a few days, and things have to be done accurate and fast. Buying a home through him was simple and straightforward. Great man , great Realtor. I’m a home owner in Rocky River thanks to him !
