I worked with Joseph to sell my rental property and had a solid overall experience, especially as an out-of-state investor. I found him here on Zillow, after reaching out/speaking to several realtors in the area.
He provided helpful guidance on pricing and market conditions, and the property sold in about 10 weeks, ultimately closing around $10K under the asking price. Throughout the process, expectations were communicated clearly and I felt informed about where things stood.
One of the most helpful aspects was their ability to coordinate locally. Since I wasnāt in the area, they assisted in connecting me with vendors and handling issues that came up during the selling and inspection process, which made things much more manageable. He also helped identify and address several property issues that had been missed by the prior property management company, including arranging snow plowing, electrical repairs, coordinating with the city for inspections, and helping address inspection-related items.
He also maintained a calm and steady demeanor throughout the transaction, which was especially helpful when unexpected issues came up.
Communication was consistent, and they helped keep the transaction moving through closing without major issues.
I would recommend Joseph to others, particularly those who are selling property remotely and need someone to help manage the details on the ground.

Joe was recommended by a family member who worked with him to sell their property. I was selling a family member's vacant home from out-of-state. I interviewed three additional realtors and recommend Joe for these reasons: 1. Joe voluntarily went above and beyond what a realtor typically does. When the property needed last-minute repairs and plumbing and structural work, Joe immediately provided a list of experienced tradespeople to call and even oversaw the work when necessary. 2. Joe believed he could sell the home for a higher price point than the what was recommended by other realtors -- and then he did just that, in less than 24 hours. 3. Joe communicated thoroughly and quickly throughout every step of the process. 4. Despite never meeting Joe in person, I felt cared for throughout the entire selling process. I had a wingman in addition to a realtor.
