Joseph Schachte

Joseph W. Schachte, the great-grandson of Henry Schachte, now owns the practice. For over 35 years, he has been involved in residential and commercial real estate sales, leasing and management throughout the Charleston Metro area. Joe was born and raised in Charleston, completing grammar school at Sacred Heart and high school at Bishop England. He has been a licensed broker in Charleston for almost his entire adult life, beginning his career upon graduation from the University of South Carolina with a BA in History in 1974.
