Joseph Schutt

Joe Schutt, REALTOR® began his career in real estate in 2003 as a sales agent before going on to found Unit Realty Group, a Boston-based Forward Thinking boutique brokerage in 2012 where he serves as broker/owner. This allows him to help his buyer and seller clients achieve their real estate goals and teach his agents about finding their way to a successful real estate career of their own.

As anyone who knows Joe can tell you, he is driven by his passions. Topping that list are a marked love for all things Boston, helping and meeting new people, service excellence, new technologies, green and sustainable living, creative marketing, gin + tonics, and most of all, his precocious miniature schnauzers, Irving + Myron. Most recently added to this list is House + Hound Magazine where he brought his passions of DOGS | DIGS | DESIGN together. And of course the color ORANGE - when you see Joe, he will likely have orange somewhere on his body!

Beyond that Joe loves to be involved in the community, whether it is with the local neighborhood associations, dog groups and charities, one of the many REALTOR® associations, organizing RE Bar Camp Boston, teaching and speaking about real estate or as an Ambassador at Inman. You will find Joe with his orange sleeves rolled up and elbows deep!
