Joe Siciliano leads his office with a hands-on approach. He truly wants his agents to succeed, offering support at every step. Joe believes strongly in ongoing professional development and encourages his agents to attend training courses whenever possible. He also acts as a coach, helping with business planning and assisting agents at winning business. As someone who had a productive career as an agent, Joe is able bring his personal experiences to his role as Director of Agent Development and help his agents reach their professional goals.

Joe has lived in the Chicago area for most of his adult life. After earning the Chick Evans Scholarship, he left home to earn a degree in Marketing and Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University. He became a licensed real estate agent immediately upon graduation, and has been involved in the business of real estate ever since.
