About Joseph

Joseph Siounit grew up in a real estate family and attended Southern Polytechnic State University (Atlanta, Georgia) and graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree in 1987. Since then he has experienced real estate from all angles - from property management, to development, marketing and sales of both commercial and residential properties. Joseph’s experience in all fields of the Real Estate Industry has given him the ability to provide clients with a multitude of resources to determine their real estate goals. He is highly skilled with moving papers and negotiation. Joseph and his family reside in the Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhood.
