Joseph Sterner

Greetings! I'm Joe Sterner and the Rehoboth Beach area has been home to me since 2003. Though my time in DelMarVa goes all the way back as a child when my family spent our Summers in Ocean City, MD. Hailing from Central PA, we first made Long Neck, DE our second home, while we owned and operated an Internet Marketing company. After selling that highly successful business in 2013, we migrated permanently to Rehoboth Beach where we purchased The Homestead Bed and Breakfast.

While a lot of our B&B guests are experiencing the Delaware Shore for the first time, many are looking to make Rehoboth their vacation home and/or their permanent home post retirement. So it should come as no surprise that I specialize in finding transplants their next dream home. Additionally, having personally bought and sold millions of dollars in commercial property (both Real and IP), I am the perfect partner to assist budding entrepreneurs or savvy investors navigate the buying or selling process.

When I'm not selling Real Estate or making breakfast for our B&B guests you'll find me hosting dinner parties, surf fishing with friends, tending to the vegetable garden, rooting on my favorite football team in the Fall or simply enjoying a dirty martini in our courtyard. My pledge to you as your agent is similar to guests staying in my home, but as a friend inviting a new neighbor to our wonderful community.
