We used Joseph to sell our current home and purchase a new home. He has been nothing short of AMAZING! He has been very thorough throughout the whole process! He was able to get us $33k over what we initially intended to sell our home for, not to mention our home went under contract 2 DAYS after listing it on the market! This helped us get an offer in on our dream property within a week after our home was under contract. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond! He is the absolute BEST!

What’s there not to say about Joe. Professionalism, patience, market knowledge, and integrity is what you get. This is my second home buying experience and this by far was the best experience with a realtor. Joe only showed us houses that met the criteria we were looking for not trying to force a sale showing every house available on the market. What really solidified this business experience and made me and my fiancée love Joe was went to see a house that met everything we wanted in a house plus some but the yard and topography was far from what we wanted having a family after seeing the house we walked to the cars and started talking about considering the house because there wasn’t a big selection of what we wanted Joe reassured us that we will find the right house but that in his opinion the house isn’t what we needed or wanted for our family the house had a sloping wooded topography and essentially no livable play area in the back yard because the woods were so dense. He told us to have faith. A week later we found the house we wanted new construction with half acre flat clear lot. He got the deal done and handled all headache and hassles from selling company. Will definitely be a return customer for future investment endeavors. Stay doing what your doing Joe the sky’s the limit.
