Joe is a highly qualified professional, who's intricate knowledge of the real estate process help save our closing. When things go sideways, the good ones distinguish themselves by demonstrating problem solving skills that others do not have. Joe clearly has established important relationships in the business, and was able to leverage those when we needed him to. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in search of a realtor.

Joe was awesome to work with! We had to move expeditiously and Joe was incredibly helpful with assisting us on getting our house on the market and sold. He had excellent communication and gave reliable recommendations when unexpected issue arose. Since we had to move to a distanced location, Joe was out eyes and ears regarding the status of our property, and we fully trusted him with the care of our home while it was on the market. Joe made sure we were fully informed throughout the entire process, and was always available to answer questions or provide us with updates. We are so thankful for all our Joe’s assistance throughout this stressful process. He definitely made selling our house as smooth of a process as possible. I would recommend Joe 100% as a realtor when buying/selling a property.
