We wanted to sell our house and move to an area more suited to our retirement. We consulted with the most visible realtor in our area but his assessment of our property and his valuation were extremely disappointing.
We wanted another opinion so we stopped by an open house and met Josephine Cruz and her assistant Rebecca (representing “Berkshire Hathaway”). We described our property and asked if they thought it was worth our asking price. Jose's excitement and her resounding “Most definitely!” to our valuation was all we needed to hear. She visited our home that same afternoon and was so optimistic and positive about the price and property that we hired her on the spot.
A whirlwind followed! Jose had a “stager” advise us on our home and even provided help to get everything ready for our first open house-the very next Saturday. Her marketing and advertising were phenomenal and resulted in over 50 potential buyers viewing the property! Three solid offers quickly followed and we accepted a fully qualified offer more than $60,000 over the amount the local "expert" told us we could “realistically” sell for.
Josie and Rebecca were so supportive of us all the way through the selling process. They were in continual contact with us and patiently explained each step and "hiccup" that came our way. Their encouragement and positivity and professionalism could not be matched. This is our fifth experience in selling and buying a home so, we know!  Never once, did we hear any negativity about the property or location and never once were we pressured to lower our price.
We wish all real estate agents were like this!

My husband and I worked with Josie on purchasing our first home and we were surprised at how quickly and smoothly the process went, even with the housing market as hot as it is. Josie took us out and showed us a lot of homes and helped us get the house we fell in love with. We closed on the home 30 days after our offer was accepted and were moved in a week later. She was great in helping us navigate the home buying process.

I cannot recommend Josie enough, she's extremely knowledgeable, patient and just a pleasure to be around!

I met Josie through an open house, and she was very approachable and quick to help me find exactly the property I was looking for. I was in a hurry to move, and we were able to buy and close in about two months. Throughout the process, she worked hard and responded quickly, and genuinely cared about my experience, often calling with updates and recommendations. Even after the purchase and everything was settled, she keeps in touch and asks if everything is okay.
