Josh Center masterfully communicates with his clients to distill their vision of ‘home’ and then leads them to buy the best space for their lifestyle. Josh specializes in South Central Austin and Downtown Austin – neighborhoods where he lives works, and plays. Client-facing, Josh asks questions and focuses on listening to his client’s vision.

Space-making is in his blood, with his father being a residential architect and his mother an interior designer. Josh spent his childhood on job sites overseeing the construction process and brings to his clients a combined passion for architecture and the joy of interacting and helping others in a direct and hands-on way.

Josh can often play drums at some of the most incredible live music venues in Austin. His clients are his biggest fans! Having spent 10 years traveling America and Europe as a session drummer, Josh can chat up almost anyone. He’s even recorded at Abbey Road Studio!
