About Josh

After growing up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Josh went to college in St. Paul, Minnesota at the University of St. Thomas where he graduated with degrees in Environmental Studies and Criminal Justice. Shortly after graduating in 1999 he moved to Fort Collins, Colorado to enjoy all that the Rocky Mountains had to offer.

Josh entered Real Estate in January of 2005, initially with Coldwell Banker, where he spent 8 years as an associate with the brokerage. In the fall of 2012, along with 9 other agents, Josh co-founded Elevations Real Estate, LLC. As a locally owned and operated brokerage, Josh believes Elevations has the agility to keep up with the fast paced market of Northern Colorado.

Josh currently resides in Fort Collins with his wife Kari, and their three children, Brooklyn, Tyler, and Grayson. They attend and volunteer at The Vineyard Church of the Rockies, and in their free time enjoy camping, rock climbing, and running.
