Josh Gouge

Josh Gouge is a native of the Jonesborough area and graduated in 2001 from East Tennessee State University with a BBA in Finance. While working full time at a regional bank, Josh continued his education and in 2003 earned his MBA from ETSU. In 2004, Josh joined The Appraisal Group at Green Commercial Realty as an Associate Appraiser. As an appraiser, Josh has completed numerous complex commercial and industrial assignments in Tennessee, Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and West Virginia. He has appraised everything from golf courses and subdivisions to 100,000 SF+ Class "A" Medical Office Buildings. He has obtained his Tennessee State Certified General Appraiser license and is currently pursuing the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute. In 2009, Josh obtained his Affiliate Broker license. His contacts in the area and the technical experience gained as an appraiser serve him well as a broker in assisting clients with finding the right "fit" and maximizing their opportunities. Josh’s brokerage activities are concentrated in investment properties and the financial services sector. Josh resides with his wife Jessica and two children in Greene County.
