Josh is a Colorado native, born and raised in Aurora. After graduating from Rangeview High School he attended the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (Marketing).

Josh's dad was a real estate agent for over twenty years with RE/MAX Unlimited Inc, so real estate is in Josh's blood.
