My name is Josh "Ronin" LeGare. I am a proud Army Veteran, Father to my 12-year old Daughter (Maia Andrea), French Bulldog (Odin) Dad, Short-Term Rental (STR) Property Manager, Real Estate Investor, and eXp ICON Realtor® / Team Leader in the Panhandle of Florida (Pensacola to Panama City). I was a military brat born in Tampa, Florida, but raised in the small city of Glen Burnie, Maryland. In 2010, I graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and was immediately commissioned into the United States Army as an Infantryman. From 2010 – 2021, I served in various positions, including Platoon Leader in South Korea, a three-time Company Commander in Italy, and a Ranger Instructor here in Florida for over eleven years. As a Paratrooper and Jumpmaster, I've jumped out of 41 excellent airplanes and loved every minute of it. In 2021, I transitioned out of the military, got licensed as a Realtor®, and started Ronin Stays, my STR and Jeep management business, after discovering passive income and falling in love with real estate. Currently, I manage 18 Short-Term Rentals and 1 Long-Term Rental. I have my own property management and direct booking website (www.roninstays.com), where I feature all my listings on 7 different platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
Ultimately, my STR business fueled my desire to gain financial freedom through real estate, so I decided to get licensed as a Realtor®. In 2022, I was honored to be awarded the National Rookie of the Year. I was also the #1 Agent of 100+ in my office for two years, grossing over $25M in Sales Volume. In 2024, I was recognized as an eXp ICON Agent (Top 1% of the brokerage). I am also the co-team leader and trainer; I operate and manage The Legacy Group, which is broken down by eXp Realty and consists of 4 total real estate agents. Over the years, I've found immense joy in helping others get started on their journey towards financial freedom, whether it's purchasing a primary home, investment property, or, best case scenario, both.
