Josh Love

Josh Love joined the Price Edwards and Company Tulsa brokerage team in 2019.

Love is a professional with a wealth of knowledge about the Tulsa industrial market. His expertise allows him to guide clients through the process of making informed decisions when it comes to the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, flex and more. He is committed to serving the unique needs of his industrial clients and tenants and helping them achieve their goals.

Love is currently representing a range of clients including private investors, tenants, landlords, and national investment firms. Among his responsibilities is the leasing of a 6-property industrial portfolio in Tulsa, which comprises over 1 million square feet of space and features more than 100 tenant spaces.

Originally from London, England, Love attended City University before transferring to The University of Tulsa, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Prior to joining PEC, Love gained a wealth of experience within the insurance broking industry, working across Corporate, Reinsurance, and Wholesale Broking.
