About Bio
At Mendoza Team LA, Josh Mendoza focuses on providing superior service while offering an in-depth knowledge of the housing market. He believes in a client first mentality dedicated to helping people navigate every aspect of their real estate transaction.

Josh began his real estate career in 2006, joining Keller Williams Realty in Phoenix, AZ at the internationally renowned Mendoza Team. Josh quickly earned a reputation as a high-level real estate agent, negotiating hundreds of transactions and earning multiple awards for closed sales. Working with his father, Mike Mendoza—a top producer in the industry for more than thirty-five years—Josh learned invaluable skills, which he continues to implement every day in his Los Angeles real estate business, Mendoza Team LA. Josh Mendoza is a nationally certified REALTOR® and a member of the Greater Los Angeles REALTORS® Association.

In addition to real estate, Mendoza is an award-winning screenwriter, director and producer. In that world, he's best known for his feature film debut, What Still Remains, which premiered in 2018 to positive critical review. Prior to his professional life, Josh studied at Stanford University, receiving a BA in English, and later attended graduate school at USC, earning an MFA in Film and Television Production. He's called Los Angeles his home since 2009 and resides there with his wife and two children.
